A lesser-known cut with incredible flavour and tenderness when cooked right. Our in-house butchers trim it perfectly for even cooking — great value and big on taste.


Cooking Instructions: Season generously. Grill or pan-fry 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Slice against the grain.
